For businesses big enough to need AI and too small to have an AI department. We train your team, build your automations, and keep them running, so you get the leverage without the headcount.
Not sure where to start using AI for your business? That's what we're here for.

This website and every tool below was built and launched with Claude by Fulgur Forge, for bookkeepers, event platforms, law practices, and ourselves. Try the demos to see examples of what we can build for you.
If we can build all of this with Claude, imagine what we can build for your business.
Book a Free Intro CallWriting proposals, creating marketing content, organizing and analyzing information: the work that still has to get done, squeezed in around billable hours. It's what turns a 40 hour week into a 60 hour one, and it's exactly what AI can automate to give those hours back.
Routine admin like this is often up to 60% automatable. That's an estimated
$15,600 a year, plus 312 hours, you could put back into billable work.
That's the cost of doing it the old way. A one-time AI build is a fraction of that, and it pays for itself fast.
Book a free consultationRun our free AI audit right here. Pick a scan type and get a scored report with fixes in about a minute. Scanalog is one of our own App Forge builds, so the audit doubles as a live demo of what we can build for you.
Want these fixed? Add your email and we'll follow up. Fixes are scoped through an AI Foundations engagement, and the tool that just audited you is an App Forge build.
Whatever your industry, the problems rhyme. Pick the one that sounds familiar and see exactly how we fix it.
Contractors, bookkeepers, lawyers, agencies, property managers: every owner-run business we meet spends hours a week on quotes, follow-ups, and admin that piles up while the real work gets done. That's time that should be billable. We automate it.
Writing a quote or engagement letter takes 30 minutes. Multiply by every job, every week.
How long? What does it cost? Are you available? You've answered these a thousand times.
Google profile, social posts, review responses. Always the first thing pushed to next week.
Outstanding balances and unanswered messages keep stacking while you do the actual work.
This is the most common story we hear from businesses with 5 to 50 people: someone signed the team up for ChatGPT or Claude, a few people poked at it, and it quietly became shelfware. The tool was never the problem. Nobody set it up for your business or taught your team what to do with it.
Without setup and training, AI gives generic answers and people go back to the old way.
Chatting with AI is not the same as AI doing your quoting, intake, or reporting.
Without your voice and context configured, everything needs heavy editing anyway.
And that someone has a full-time job already. There's no in-house expert to lean on.
Most SaaS is built for companies with IT departments. You're paying monthly for features you'll never touch while the workflow you actually need lives in a spreadsheet you've outgrown. Owning a tool built exactly for your business used to require a dev team. Not anymore.
Per-seat pricing on platforms your team uses 20% of, forever.
It worked at 5 clients. At 50 it's a liability held together by habit.
Email, calendar, invoices, and job tracking all live in different tabs, and you're the integration.
Onboarding anyone means explaining everything from scratch, every time.

"I use ChatGPT sometimes, but I don't think I'm really getting much out of it."
Casually chatting with AI (asking it to fix an email or brainstorm ideas) is just scratching the surface. Without your business context, a consistent voice, or structured workflows, you get generic output that still needs heavy editing. The AI doesn't know your business, so it sounds like it doesn't.
We configure Claude with your brand voice, business context, and custom skills, so every output is accurate, on-brand, and useful right away. No more starting from scratch on every prompt.
Learn about AI Foundations"Everything runs through me. I'm the bottleneck in my own business."
You handle the quotes, the follow-ups, the client emails, the scheduling, and the onboarding: manually, in different tools, often from scratch. Your software doesn't talk to each other. Your processes live in your head. Every hour you spend on admin is an hour you're not spending on the work that actually grows the business.
Agent Forge builds an AI agent that owns a job in your business: it watches the queue, drafts the follow-ups, handles the intake, and only pulls you in when a decision actually needs you. So the business can run without you being in the middle of everything.
Learn about Agent Forge"We're paying for software subscriptions we only use 20% of."
Most SaaS products are built for companies 10x your size. You're paying monthly for a platform packed with features you'll never touch, while the features you actually need are buried under ones you don't. The price compounds; the value doesn't.
We build a custom app with exactly what your business needs, and nothing it doesn't. No monthly subscription, no bloat, no paying for someone else's feature roadmap. Just a tool your team uses every day, with no recurring subscription fees.

A Brand Brain is a custom instruction set built specifically for your business. It tells Claude who you are, how you speak, and what matters to you. Without it, every AI conversation starts from scratch. With it, Claude already knows your tone, your services, and your preferences before you type a word. It's the foundation of every AI Foundations engagement.
Anyone can open an AI chat tab, but without a structured setup, you'll spend more time prompting than working. We build ready-to-use skills tuned to your exact workflows, so you get consistent, on-brand results in seconds instead of starting from scratch every time. The difference is between a general-purpose tool and one that was set up specifically for your job.
Every AI Foundations engagement starts with your Brand Brain plus your first custom skill, delivered starting at $500. From there, the engagement scales to fit your business: additional skills tailored to your operations, connections to the software your team already uses, and automations that run on their own. We scope it together during your free intro call, so you only pay for what your business actually needs.
None at all. If you can send an email and browse the web, you can use what we set up. We handle all the configuration, walk you through every step live, and leave you with straightforward instructions you can actually follow. No IT department required.
AI Foundations builds a sophisticated Claude environment around your existing workflows: custom skills, software integrations, and automations inside your Claude account. App Forge is an entirely separate, purpose-built piece of software we design and build for your business. It's the difference between upgrading your tool belt versus building a specialized tool from scratch. Both are custom-scoped; the right one depends on the problem you're solving.
A starter AI Foundations engagement is typically completed in a single two-hour session. You walk in with a business and walk out with a working AI setup: Brand Brain installed, your first skill configured, and you've already practiced using them. We typically follow up with a quick 30-minute check-in to make sure everything is dialed in. Larger engagements with integrations and automations are scoped with their own timeline during discovery.
Absolutely. That's the natural path. The $500 starting point gets you using Claude right away with a solid foundation: your Brand Brain and first skill. If you later decide you want more skills, software connections, or automations built around your full operation, we pick up exactly where we left off. No obligation to expand, and no work gets duplicated.
No. Every build comes with training and documentation so you own it outright. If you'd rather never think about maintenance, the AI Care Plan (from $500/month) covers it: we monitor and maintain everything we built, ship one improvement or new skill each month, answer first when you need help, and review your AI setup quarterly. Cancel anytime.
Yes. If you can send a text message, you can use Claude. We set everything up so the first thing you do when we hand it over is actually use it, not figure it out. There's no coding, no settings to configure, and no learning curve beyond learning where to type your request. We build it; you use it.
No. Your Brand Brain and skills work inside Claude independently of your other tools. If you want them working together, we can connect Claude to your existing software as part of your AI Foundations engagement. You don't have to change platforms or migrate anything.
Consider what one hour of your time is worth. If a proposal writer, FAQ responder, or marketing content generator saves you three or four hours a week, AI Foundations pays for itself in the first month. The skills we configure are designed around the tasks that take the most time and happen most often.
Claude has a mobile app for iOS and Android, and your Brand Brain and skills work the same on mobile as on desktop. If you're primarily on your phone, we take that into account when configuring your skills so the workflow fits how you actually work.
Yes, and we've done it. We built a custom practice management app for a bookkeeping firm that replaced an overflowing Excel tracker with task and client-communication tracking on top of the Google Workspace they already used. The owner reports saving over 15 hours a week. AI is also a strong fit for client request follow-ups, monthly close checklists, and drafting routine client emails in your voice.
Only where you decide it should, and we design that boundary together. Most of the value sits in the workflow layer: tracking tasks, drafting communications, and organizing your month, none of which requires exposing client financials to AI. Where a workflow does involve financial data, we walk through exactly what is shared, with which provider, and under what settings before anything is built.
No. We build around what you already use. Your Brand Brain and skills work independently of your other tools, and custom apps can sit on top of your existing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Nothing gets migrated unless you want it to.
The ABA has taken the position that it is. Comment 8 to ABA Model Rule 1.1 states that competent representation includes keeping current with "changes in the law and its practice, including the benefits and risks associated with relevant technology." ABA Formal Opinion 512 (2023) specifically addresses generative AI and the duty of competence. Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct track the ABA Model Rules closely, and the Colorado OARC is a resource for attorneys with state-specific questions. The short version: understanding what AI can and can't do for your practice is increasingly part of your professional obligation.
The key is keeping AI at the administrative layer, away from anything that constitutes "information relating to the representation of a client" under Colo. RPC 1.6. Everything we build for legal professionals operates on admin and marketing work: intake templates, routine correspondence drafts, firm marketing copy, FAQ responses, and internal documentation. We do not connect Claude to client files, case management systems, or any confidential matter-specific information. This approach lets you capture the time savings of AI while staying clearly on the right side of your confidentiality obligations.
Safe to automate: Client intake questionnaires, engagement letter templates, routine update email drafts, FAQ responses for prospective clients, firm bio and practice area copy, marketing content, internal SOPs, and job postings.
Not in scope: Drafting documents for a specific client matter, processing case files or transcripts, generating legal advice for a specific situation, or anything touching information protected under Rule 1.6. We're explicit about this boundary in every engagement.
As part of every engagement, we turn off information sharing and walk through Claude's privacy settings with you, so you understand exactly what is and isn't kept private. You will leave the setup session knowing how your data is handled, not guessing.
A prompt is the instruction you give an AI: what you type before it responds. The quality of what you get back is directly tied to how well-written that instruction is. Most people prompt AI casually ("write me an email") and get generic results. A well-structured prompt that includes context, format, tone, and goal produces dramatically better output. Our Brand Brain and skills handle the prompting for you, so you don't need to become an expert to get expert-quality results.
Agentic AI refers to AI that can take a sequence of actions on its own, without you supervising each step. For example: an AI that receives a customer inquiry, looks up your availability, drafts a response, and sends a confirmation, all without you touching it. This is what AI Foundations automations do. The level of autonomy depends on the engagement: some setups keep you in the loop for every action, while others run fully hands-off. We scope the right balance during discovery.
A skill is a pre-configured Claude setup for a specific, recurring task: a proposal writer, newsletter generator, and more. You activate it by asking Claude to do the task; it responds immediately with on-brand, structured output. An automation runs without you asking; it's triggered by an event (a new email, a completed job, a new review) and takes action on its own. Every AI Foundations engagement includes your Brand Brain and can include any combination of skills and automations, scoped to your needs.
An LLM is the underlying technology that powers AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT. It's trained on enormous amounts of text and learns to predict and generate human language. You don't need to understand how it works internally. It's remarkably good at reading instructions and producing useful text. Claude, made by Anthropic, is the LLM we work with exclusively. We chose it for its reliability, safety design, and quality of output for business tasks.
Every AI conversation starts with a blank slate unless you tell it who you are. Our Brand Brain is a custom instruction set, loaded at the start of every session, that tells Claude your company name, your industry, your customers, your brand voice, your services, and your preferences. From that point on, every output is calibrated to your business rather than to a generic user. It's the foundation of every AI Foundations engagement, and the difference between hiring a temp who just showed up and a team member who's been working with you for a year.
